I don’t even know where to start but Sal was called after we discovered a pipe in our slab was cracked and leaking excessively. Not only that but my handy dandy husband tried to fix other issues with our boiler himself and that didn’t end well. Sal not only fixed the pipes & redid concrete in my house but he also corrected what my husband tried to do. Sal is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and a literal life saver! I without hesitation would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

They replaced all of our cast iron pipes and updated our plumbing. It was a big job with a few complications; they did a great job. We had two small problems after the job was completed but they were here right away to take care of the Issues.

I am incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

My tenant called and told me the heat was out (on an 8 degree Buffalo morning no less!) I called HH, within a half hour a repair guy was at the house, he located the part and finished the job. Total time from my initial phone call to the completion of the job was 2 hours. The workers were pleasant, its obvious the owners/management want their customers treated well and understand how to obtain repeat business. Fair price too. Great N Bflo business.

Mike professionally repaired our drain line leak while minimizing required removal of sheet rock. Mike is courteous, professional and neat technician skilled in his trade and a good representative for WNY plumbing. Highly recommend

I think I might be spoiled by my first time hiring a plumber because Jeffrey showed up almost immediately after we spoke on the phone and he proceeded to troubleshoot an unexpected plumbing mystery with his crew and get it resolved right then and there.

Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

I requested services through the message assistant and was book asa I needed them. It took a day due to my availability, and then boom was fixed in no time. Im glad I got their help especially with a snow storm happening. Thank you Alex and Jeff. My fur family are nice and cozy.
