I have been a customer of this company for several years. In all my dealing with them, I have found them to be extremely pleasant. They always take time to explain things and the best thing is they arrive for their appointments on time. The work is performed in a professional manner. All service people are polite and knowledgeable and their prices are fair and reasonable. They stand behind their products and their service. All in all - a terrific company to deal with.

I tried 3 plumbers prior to meeting Jeff and I can’t say enough about the great job they did . We had half of our yard flooded in back w clogged drainage in multiple areas. It was a swamp. Jeff and his colleague were quick to arrive and within 10 minutes - 1 they correctly assessed a problem immediately. 2. They came prepared to the job w 2 work trucks and high quality equipment necessary to fix the issue on the spot. 3. Price was very reasonable and not outlandish. 4. Jeffrey, the owner himself came to the job which made a big difference! This was the first time I used this company but glad I was able to find them. They’ve earned my business ! Highly recommended.

Had a leak develope above my kitchen overnight and called them after another company wouldn't be able to make it until eight hours later. I wish I would have waited. After arriving relatively quickly, he went to work trying to find the leak which involved tearing the kitchen ceiling apart to find the pipe. During this time part of the ceiling fell and broke my stove flat top. After making a huge mess, he finally found the leak. But after a few more hours was unable to fix it due to the location and condition of the pipe apparently. So the tech was able to successfully talk me into a complete pipe replacement, which turns out after talking with someone else with years of experience, was a massive rip off. 2600 hundred dollars for one pipe. Even if i hadnt agreed to the work, which if it wasn't three in the morning and I had been thinking clearly I wouldn't have in hindsight, he still would have charged me about 600 hundred for what he called the diagnostic fee of simply finding the leak. So I agreed to the work and the same guy was back about six hours later to do the work. Which involved making a huge mess again without regard to surrounding areas and took all day to accomplish. Which technically he hadn't cause his new line was leaking still in two different places. And he didn't check his work before leaving, cause if he had, he would have been there when a separate pipe burst open after returning water flow to the upstairs bathroom where the new line ended. He was back within minutes of me calling him and telling him what happened. After the new issue was finally fixed. He said he was leaving and if any issues developed to call the company to send someone out cause he was done. One of the connections is still leaking on the new line and I have to wait another day for the company to send someone out to hopefully complete the job. Bottom line recommendation from me is to stay far away from this company. It is a 2600 hundred dollar mistake on my part that I will be paying for for awhile.

Seneca Plumbing has been in business for sooooo many years .... that only happens when you are good. I have been helped and pointed in the right direction numerous times by them and they will always be my first call.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Highly recommend Kevin! I had my sump pump stop working and a basement full of water. One call and he was at my house in what seemed like just minutes! He was very respectful and explained everything to me! He assured me he would get the problem taken care of and that is exactly what he did! I will be telling all my friends /family about my wonderful experience with this company.

Kevin cleared our drain blockage as should be expected. Our complaint is the extra service fee for after hours, since we called before 3pm

Had someone come out and help us. They taught us how to prevent the problem in the future and fixed our draining problem. I would recommend them!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
