James came by and installed a backup sump pump, and his professionalism and quality of work was amazing. In addition, the price for the install was very reasonable. If I have any plumbing or piping issues in the future, I will be going with Ando Plumbing again no questions asked.

Second time using them, can't say enough good things. Were able to service within a day of my call. Do a great job with everything they do, and at a fraction of what some of the national chains charge. I called for some help with my shower, and they ended up tightening up some pipes in my basement, and helped with my leaking washing machine all without me asking and without charging me extra, and my shower which probably hasn't been serviced in 50+ years is working like new. Will use these guys for any plumbing issue I have!

I was being a weekend warrior and trying to make some quick plumbing repairs. I was in above my head and water was leaking into my basement. I called Jeffrey Plumbing and the OWNER actually picked up the phone. He told me he was on a job with a customer, but would head over to my house as soon as he could...probably in the next hour. Before getting off the phone, he gave me some ideas on how I could minimize the leak until he arrived. It worked...and he arrived at my house about 30 minutes later. He repaired my mistake and explained to me how to do it right, without being condescending. He walked me through the process, in detail. His time at my house was only about 30 minutes, and everything was repaired...for way less than I anticipated.

Received suggestions on next step..repairman did a visual assessment of my issue due to my bulging wall. Unable to determine cause unless wall is torn into…informed any wall closure would be my responsibility. Disappointed they don’t do rough finish.I paid for his trip when I think this suggestion could have been assessed using virtual view.

I wasn’t paying you $325 for a snake job that would have taken a half hour, highway robbery that’s why I will not be using you guys again and it wasn’t his fault he just gave me the quote and also I talked to the guy the day before and I told them I needed him to go in the crawl Space to make sure there wasn’t anything leaking down there and he told me he wasn’t going in the crawl space

I had a bad clog in my kitchen double sink. I looked online and came across Hazlett Plumbing. I called and left a message and got a prompt reply. Sam came and got the problem solved. He was very professional, polite, honest and fair. He cleaned up after the job and even took his shoes off when he entered my house. I highly recommend and will use again.

I've used Zirpoli plumbing when I gutted my house. They took out the old galvanized steel waterlines, ran new waterlines and drains. That was a couple years ago but I've had them periodically come in when I need work done(twice this year). Very satisfied with the work and the pricing. Would recommend.

I called Kevin in a panic – water was leaking from the upstairs toilet through the floor and coming out of the downstairs wall. There was also water leaking into the basement. Kevin sent two of his guys over to fix the problem. They were prompt and fixed the issue really quickly – such professionals! The guys also looked at some other things for me and also tightened my kitchen faucet (it had been loose for quite some time). One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
