My wife and I had a tankless water heater installed by David and Michael. Unfortunately, the following day, National Fuel had to correct T-Mark’s work as T-Mark left the main gas line that feeds the tankless water heater loose at multiple fittings. This resulted in a gas leak.When we spoke with T-Mark, they stated that there wasn’t a technician available to fix their own work.

My first experience with this company was very good. Responded well to my initial contact, arrived on time to do the work, were very helpful in explaining things, and completed the job in good order.

We had an issue with a clogged main line. After trying to clear it unsuccessfully, we called Zirpoli. They came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and went to work. Within an hour they were finished and our plumbing was back to normal. Can't say enough about the timeliness and professionalism that was offered.
