Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
