I called for some help with my shower, and they ended up tightening up some pipes in my basement, and helped with my leaking washing machine all without me asking and without charging me extra, and my shower which probably hasn't been serviced in 50+ years is working like new. Will use these guys for any plumbing issue I have!

We have used WNY plumbing multiple times. Last time was for a new hot water tank, this time was for a water line repair, faucet and toilet installation. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, the service tech was on time, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

The technician came to do line cleaning of the pipes. He ran the water and found out it is running good. He suggested a few tips to maintain and left without charging anything.

This company was assigned my case for a home warranty job on December 1st. It's a drain line leak. Fairly significant issue. They did not call me directly to schedule as they are supposed to for the warranty, so after waiting awhile, I finally called them. The gentleman couldn't schedule me that that time and told me he would call me in the morning. I asked him what time I should call if I don't hear from him in case he forgets. He told me he doesn't forget...but to call after 9:30 if I hadn't heard from him. In a shocking turn of events, I had to call him that afternoon after he forgot. After cancelling the appointment once, they finally came out to look at the issue on December 22nd. They said they needed to submit for approval from the warranty company. With the holidays and the storm, I gave them some time as I'm sure they were busy and began following up with week of January 2nd. I called twice that week and both times was told that he would call me back with an update. More shock - it didn't happen. I finally spoke to them again on Friday, January 13th and he told me that the information had been submitted to the warranty company. I asked him when it happened and he said it was either late last week or early this week. I let him know I would follow up with them. I did that today and was informed that they didn't submit anything to the warranty company. In fact, the warranty company had followed up with them on 12/23 via e-mail and they replied that they were working on it. The delays and lack of doing what they're supposed to manage the job is one thing. Completely lying to a customer is another. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I called Kevin in a panic – water was leaking from the upstairs toilet through the floor and coming out of the downstairs wall. There was also water leaking into the basement. Kevin sent two of his guys over to fix the problem. They were prompt and fixed the issue really quickly – such professionals! The guys also looked at some other things for me and also tightened my kitchen faucet (it had been loose for quite some time).
