Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. Last fall Mike and his team did a great job on two projects for my wife and I, both were done quickly and professionally. The first project required excavation through my gardens to repair bad pipes below. They took extra care to remove the shrubs and replace them even though it was in the late fall and cold. I was so grateful in the spring and this summer of the care they took as the shrubs came back and the garden looks as though it was not disturbed... Thanks Mike and we will be back to you when need arises...

I made an appointment for an estimate on a combination unit for tankless system in my home. They blew me off so I called they apologized and rescheduled. The guy came looked at my boiler room and said he would have numbers for me by mid next week. I waited till end on next week. Never called back. So I called, again women apologize and took my name and number house address. It’s been 3 weeks now. Still no call back. I’m paying cash. Or at least I was. Will be calling a different company now. 3 strikes your out.

I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.

I tried 3 plumbers prior to meeting Jeff and I can’t say enough about the great job they did . We had half of our yard flooded in back w clogged drainage in multiple areas. It was a swamp. Jeff and his colleague were quick to arrive and within 10 minutes - 1 they correctly assessed a problem immediately. 2. They came prepared to the job w 2 work trucks and high quality equipment necessary to fix the issue on the spot. 3. Price was very reasonable and not outlandish. 4. Jeffrey, the owner himself came to the job which made a big difference! This was the first time I used this company but glad I was able to find them. They’ve earned my business ! Highly recommended.

Sam was great! He was very pleasant to work with and never left me questioning what was going on or what was covered in the work agreed on. I never had any surprise charges or anything like that.

He originally came out for a clog at a house we recently moved in to. The previous owner of the house made some of their own upgrades and after showing Sam these, we came up with a solid list of areas to fix/replace. Sam and Nate spent the day fixing all the terrible work the previous home owner did. After listing out the fixes and improvements to an out-of-state plumber in the family they said I was getting a great deal. I showed the final work to them and they said it all looked really solid.

Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre

Joe and guys did an excellent job and helped us clean up a very old messy plumbing system. We were very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone. Professional honest guys who went out of there way time and again to help us.
