Estimate on pipe replacement outside house

While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their customer service and the work they performed on site. Thank you Seneca team.....it's nice to know there are still company's out there who take pride in delivering quality customer service.

I have worked around many plumbers as a contractor and the plumbers of 716 Plumbing stand out the most. Not only were they easy to work around, but I had noticed how precise their work is. They have great workmanship, and take pride in their work. This alone makes them stand out over the rest. I had also learned a lot about their background by working around them and talking to them. I had T-Mark install a sump pump with a back up. Pat came out to do the job and did an okay job but he scratched up our brand new washer. I had literally got this brand new washer delivered 2 weeks ago and now there are 3 scratch marks on it. He obviously placed some of his tools on top it and created the scratches. If you hire them, make sure you cover up your appliances or anything valuable because clearly this company doesn’t respect your belongings.

Hazlett Plumbing did an exceptional job installing my tankless hot water heater (Navien 240A). Even though the heater is located in the basement, I was very particular about how everything would look. When Sam came to give me an estimate, we discussed the “plan” for running the gas and water lines. Very quickly I realized Sam was just as particular as I was. In fact, in the end, he did an even better job than I expected. From the quality of the fittings, to how he aligned the outside venting, he went above an beyond. On top of that, he is a very nice guy. You can’t go wrong with Hazlett. I highly recommend.

Update: Had Hazlett come out to replace a hot water heater at another house and once again they did a beautiful job. They shifted some piping to get the new tank to fit and each and every fitting was installed with perfect craftmanship. Two for two. Keep it up guys.

We had an issue with a clogged main line. After trying to clear it unsuccessfully, we called Zirpoli. They came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and went to work. Within an hour they were finished and our plumbing was back to normal. Can't say enough about the timeliness and professionalism that was offered.

The owner arrived within the hour just as he said he would. He provided a no nonsense and quick solution to our drain blockage problem. He is friendly and inspired me with a sense of confidence in his service. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

John Locke and Danielle came yesterday to install AC in my rental property. They were professional and polite. They were knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (and I like to ask a lot of questions). Kept everything clean. I could not have asked for a better experience. Zenner and Ritter had installed my furnace few years ago. Everything has worked so far and I havent had to use the labor warranty yet.

Always a pleasant experience with friendly and professional technicians! Whether an unexpected repair or new install, we can always count on Reimer to take care of us. Our A/C died several weeks ago when temps were in the high 80's. Scott was at our house within hours to diagnose the problem and advise us on a new unit. He was able to work some magic on our old A/C to hold us over and keep us cool until our new A/C could be installed a couple days later. Installers Keith and Randy were very friendly and conscientious. They kept the work areas clean and took the time to explain how to work the new fancy wifi thermostat. I highly recommend Reimer! We will continue to use them for all of our heating and A/C needs.

I booked an appointment yesterday, was told the repair person would arrive between 8am and noon. 20 after 12 I call them, they say the person will be on their way soon. They also took this opportunity to tell me that the service call would cost approx $130. I explained I was not told about this charge when I booked, the person I was speaking to copped an attitude. I told them to forget it. I will be taking my business to someone who is upfront about fees and knows how to be polite and professional.
