Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

Infinity gave a time they would be showing up to unclog my drain and the plumber was early .
Adam Palermo was the plumber and he was very polite and professional.
He unclogged the drain .

They came out just a couple of days after the Blizzard of '22 and were 30 min early and done in under two hours with a new hot water tank.

Price was fair (over half of it was the tank itself) and there was NO upselling or erroneous emergency fees due to the storm.

Repaired a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Came a few hours after I called and repaired it in a few minutes. This was at a time when all other plumbers were backed up for days and I was on waiting lists at several. Musso was the only one that could help me right away and that was important.

My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! I bought a brand new furnace from T-Mark Plumbing Heating & cooling and they were: Very professional, very fast service, very knowledgeable, reasonable price, very friendly.Amazing work, will do business again. Will refer to any family or friend.

I had them look at a furnace which was tripping out on high temp. The tech was a really nice guy who didn’t know much about furnaces. After consulting with more knowledge staff they offered to sell me a WAY overpriced new furnace instead of helping me work with the equipment manufacturer to replace a secondary heat exchanger which was UNDER WARRANTY. I would suggest calling someone else for HVAC issues.UPDATE- Tony Cellino did reach out to see what they could do to help resolve the situation. He was helpful. Because the manufacturer only works thru specific authorized vendors he wasn’t able to offer the same programs that other service companies could. I ultimately went in another direction, but very much appreciated the extra customer service.
