This is the second time we have used Stephen and Kastle Plumbing. The guy is professional....knows his stuff...and is extremely personable. Will most definitely have him back for any future plumbing needs and projects! Five Stars!

I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Last fall Mike and his team did a great job on two projects for my wife and I, both were done quickly and professionally. The first project required excavation through my gardens to repair bad pipes below. They took extra care to remove the shrubs and replace them even though it was in the late fall and cold. I was so grateful in the spring and this summer of the care they took as the shrubs came back and the garden looks as though it was not disturbed... Thanks Mike and we will be back to you when need arises...

We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

Needed existing kitchen sink removed; existing plumbing needed some rework. Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was to be done. Very neat and clean.
