I reached out to Sal via text when my furnace started acting up and he responded to me immediately offering to come out first thing in the morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and he took a look at our furnace and determined that the problem was most likely a faulty control board. Rather than repair a 23 year old furnace we decided to have Sal install a new high efficiency replacement along with a matching AC unit. We live in a Tri-Level house and the location of the furnace is in a really tight spot so this was not an easy installation. Sal spent most of his time crouched over, on his back or knees working in my crawl space for the installation and never complained one bit about the conditions which I know I would have.
The installation went as smooth as a customer could ask for and within no time we had a brand new system up and running. Sal was really informative and explained everything to us along the way. His attention to detail and pride in his trade are apparent when you look at the final product. The duct work and gas lines that Sal installed are lined up perfectly and his wiring, conduit and vent pipes look like artwork. It is a shame that this is in the basement and not on full display.
Sal is a true professional and master of his trade. We couldn't be happier with everything he provided us and I highly recommend Sal to anyone looking for Plumbing and Heating services.

WNY Plumbing is one of the best in the Business. I am Chairman of the Lake View Fire District and use them exclusively for any problems we have in either one of our 2 District Buildings. They have taken care of Tank-less water heater installation, outside drain tile problems, indoor trench drains running slowly in our truck room... the list goes on and on.
