I don’t even know where to start but Sal was called after we discovered a pipe in our slab was cracked and leaking excessively. Not only that but my handy dandy husband tried to fix other issues with our boiler himself and that didn’t end well. Sal not only fixed the pipes & redid concrete in my house but he also corrected what my husband tried to do. Sal is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and a literal life saver! I without hesitation would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Had slow hot water leak in the shower faucet. Charged $800 and left the building with no hot water for a week and a large hole in the wall.
Best part is the hot and cold water run simultaneously whenever the shower is on now. Worst plumber ever, I will never use them again.

We own a new built Marrano patio home we have been experiencing low flow coming out of our master bathroom shower. Yesterday WNY Plumbing sent Mike M. to see what the cause was. After carefully removing the fixture and checking various possibilities he found that this fixture had a restriction in the valve assembly. Well after he fixed the restriction our shower now works the way the show room shower worked with force another words great. Mike is professional a true journeyman he didn't just try to talk his way out of fixing the problem he fixed it for that we are very grateful and would recommend him and WNY Plumbing to all of our friends.

These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.
With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didn't mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.
Couldn't be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we won't have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring there's another aspect of the plumbing that's good to go for the future.

Absolutely horrible.
They sound great and knowledgeable when providing the quote. but crew was completely unprofessional. One guy talked to his girlfriend the entire time he was there.
Then they installed a shut off valve backwards so we couldn't actually shut off the water.
Finally, Musso plummer didn't finish fixing a shower drain leak. When I called back the next day as water poured down into my closet. They stated we told you it couldn't be fixed........of course they never told me anything. Then they had the balls to come back and give me an off the cuff estimate for a real fix of an additional $2900. I then spent 15 dollars on good sealant. Took the drain apart and fixed myself

David Edwards came out to check on my AC unit because I thought it was underperforming a bit. He was on time, very nice guy, very professional and straight forward. He found the simple fix and went on his way. Dave and his colleagues at TMark are the reason I always call them for any plumbing and hvac services I need. They are always kind and professional and they’ve never tried to up charge me for services or things that I don’t actually need. They are good people who do good work.

I had a plumbing emergency where my main was backed up and my basement was flooding. Other plumbing services never returned my call, while Hazlett responded back and came down as quick as possible and had my issue resolved in about an hour or less. I will definitely be calling back for future plumbing needs.

Tim Jones and his son arrived soon after I called for an emergency repair. For a good price, they quickly fixed my broken toilet water feed. Upon my request, they also fixed a leaky faucet, replaced four broken shutoff valves, and installed a new main water shutoff valve. Replacement parts appear superior to what was previously in place, and all new valves turn smoothly. Tim worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to converse with. He and his son donned shoe booties while in my home, and removed them before going outside or into my concrete floor basement. I highly recommend Jones Plumbing!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!
