Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. T-Mark has just completed installation of a high efficiency boiler in our home in Wilson, NY. The company was a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, prompt and professional; providing a fair price and first-class service. They were flexible in accommodating our tight schedule and completed the connection and start-up in 1 day, so the house didn't even get cold. Every one of the 7 employees we dealt with was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend T-Mark for anyone looking for a plumbing/heating professional.

Larry had replaced a Moen shower cartridge that was 28 years old. Removing the old cartridge sometimes can be tough, but with Larry's expertise and knowledge, he managed to pull the old cartridge out with a custom puller and replaced it with the new one. The work place was left clean with no evidence of repair. It was very apparent that he is a courteous, competent, professional man of his trade that I would not hesitate to refer to anybody or hire again.

It was refreshing to work with Jeff. He was upfront and honest where other well known licensed plumbers wanted to charge me $4k+, Jeff investigated my issue and found it wasn't even coming from our property. I will use Ritter again in the future. I trust them whole heartedly.
