The technician Zack was very helpful. However, 96 dollars to tell me they don’t think that what Cellino plumbing would install would work seems like a lot to me. I can see if they had a new idea. As mentioned above technician was good.

Kyle was on time. Explained everything he had to do. Replaced 2 toilets, kitchen sink and faucet, made it fit the space, installed two new bathroom sinks and faucets, installed a new sump pump and back up system in under 6 hours. Removed all the old stuff and all the packing. Took me thru for a walk thru and made sure I was satisfied. The only thing is the new toilets are a bit too high. But overall everything was great. I’ll use WNY plumbers again if I need them.

Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

Nick arrived exactly when expected (which was at the last minute!) to help me fix a hot water issue in my kitchen. He listened to me describe the issue and presented two options to move forward with. He followed all COVID safety measures and completed the job timely despite it not being exactly as straightforward as he thought.

Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy. Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them. We will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We got super lucky!

Came out, had some tree roots in the sewer line that backed up -- they cleared it up for us. Recommended next steps, but wasn't pushy about it whatsoever.Problem though: I washed my hands as soon as he left and noticed the water pressure was bad. Went to check the basement , and turns out the tech left all of the water faucets running in the basement and did not clean up whatsoever. So while he fixed the big problem, it could have created another problem had I not double-checked everything.
