Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

I'm very happy with the overall service we received earlier this week. I had a clog in the kitchen sink. They gave me pricing over the phone and were up front about expectations. Within a few hours, we received a call saying they were going to be there soon. Upon arrival, they were friendly, assessed the situation and got right to work. Brad gave some feedback and left the area clean when he was finished. They would be the first call I make if I needed a plumber in the future.

Last evening we had an issue with our main sewer line backing up into our basement. This is not something you ever want to experience. It also made it impossible for us to use any water in the house. This needed to be fixed quickly. We called Roto Rooter, and they had a technician at our home in less than two hours. Every person we encountered along the way, two dispatchers, Jerome and David, and the technician, Matt, were very personable, polite and helpful. Matt (#103) was very efficient, thorough and professional. He corrected the problem, and we were once again able to use water. We are very thankful to Roto Rooter for the timely response, and to Matt for a job well done!

I couldn't keep the pilot lit and I tried all night switching our little space heater from room to room trying to keep my family warm so first thing I stared looking for a local co. After the first one gave me a headache I found Kieffer and thank God I did. He came in and had the problem fixed in 10 seconds by cleaning the dust from the pipe that was blocking the pilot, he charged only for the service call when he could have told me I needed a new furnace. Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink.
