Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! I have a new house I purchased from Natale Builders in Nov'20, and WNY was contracted for the entire plumbing. I called WNY, when I took an extended soak in my second floor tub, and the morning after noticed some water seepage in the first floor dining room ceiling. Mike was amazing from the start. He was on time and extremely courteous. He diagnosed the source of leak, which was a loose overflow cap/gasket in the second floor tub which was causing some seepage in the first floor ceiling along the seams. He sealed it with a silicone sealant, and mentioned writing a report to cover the ceiling repairs...i will comment on that part once its done. But, coming back to Mike's service, its refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists. (He even gave me some helpful advice about my water softener :)

Had Joe come to my place for a clogged drain that was affecting my toilet and bathtub. Very professional and friendly during the entire visit. He let me watch the process of fixing the clog so I can attempt myself if issue ever occurs again. Was very informative during whole process. Will request Joe next time (hopefully never again) if any issues ever occur.

He was very prompt and kind in my time of panic, and also very reasonable on price when compared with other plumbing companies. I have been a happy Reimer customer for over 15 years. I recently contacted Reimer to have an old AC replaced. The technician Greg came out and did a great job outlining the replacement, and Tim and Tyler did a great job with the installation. Would highly recommend as I have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of work.UPDATE 7/19/23: I just had another great experience with Reimer where a technician named Dustin came out and quickly fixed up a wiring issue with my thermostat which was preventing my AC unit from working properly. Dustin was friendly, knowledgable and got my unit working good as new.

I have had several large projects done by Keiffer. The installed a new furnace, rebuilt the basement drainage system, and installed a new sump and drainage system. Very pleased with the work each time.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
