Jimmy Buttery and the operator Brian were amazing. They were extremely respectful as to not to disturb my difficult neighbor’s property. They got right to work. Did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything as if they were never here. I mean everything the public sidewalk, the road and my sidewalk. They were friendly and professional even when the troublesome neighbor opened his window to try to start trouble.I highly recommend T-Mark Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to everyone! Professional, conscientious, friendly and respectful!Update 2/16/23 ran into my neighbor across the street and she asked me who it was that fixed my sewer because she was so impressed with the job they did and how clean they left everything. She said they even cleaned up the street. When they left you wouldn’t even think they had been there. I let her know it was T-Mark.

Tony Cellino came out to trouble shoot a tankless hot water heater that I had installed improperly by someone else.Him and his company have gone above and beyond for me.Their customer service is exceptional!Their technicians are very thorough.Such a pleasure to work with.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

For a furnace malfunction, a previous company charged me for 3 expensive service calls ,and never fixed the problem!
The McAllister company sent Matt, who fixed the problem in less than an hour! So grateful for his expertise! Thank you also for the great service, from Dana and all the other courteous professional receptionists I spoke with. I have used McAllister for service in the past 5 years (plumbing issues , etc ) and they never disappoint, with their sharp skills and professionalism . I will always recommend them …5+ stars!

Gavin and his coworker (sorry... forget his name) are quite a team! They were great! Installed a new furnace for me today. Said it could take 8 hours... they were done in 4!!! Friendly, polite and definitely knowledgeable!

Awful! I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Rude and unprofessional to put it mildly. We went with this company because of the good reputation to upgrade our electrical box, replace furnace, and install ac. The workers are incompetent, made a complete mess tracking mud everywhere, don't clean up after themselves, and are disrespectful. I was yelled at on the phone by a worker when asking about his plan to finish the job, and told by another worker that the femalefowner called me a difficult customer. Very difficult to work with and do a crappy job.
