I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I contacted Zenner Ritter as a first time customer because my central AC was not working properly. It is super old and I honestly expected whoever came out to just use the opportunity to try to sell me a new unit. Not only did they not try to sell me a new unit, they fixed mine, checked EVERYTHING, cleaned EVERYTHING, and the service was outstanding from the phone call to the technician visit. I will definitely contact them in the future.

Someone came out and diagnosed the problem and I was then asked to pay the service fee. After the fee was paid, I was told that I needed a new part and they would do their best to find it. The worker then went back to the truck and made some calls. About 20 minutes later, I was told that they could not get the part, but he encouraged me to search on my own and if I could get it then they would install it.

The worker left and did not provide me with a receipt. I called them back the next day and requested a receipt, which they provided. I called the company several times as I was able to obtain the replacement part, They told me multiple times that someone would call me back but, I was never contacted. This led to me exploring other options to have my furnace repaired.

Overall, the company is very unresponsive and lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and pocket book.

Kevin, checked furnace for proper performance and checked heat exchanger for leaks, he was very thorough and explained what he was checking for. He gave us confidence that the furnace was performing as expected. Very pleased with the work.

We called at 7:30 pm on Monday evening because we had no heat. We received a call back within five minutes and the owner was at our home in under an hour. He fixed our furnace. (Unknowingly, we had accidentally turned it off.) NO CHARGE! We have used Keiffer for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They are competent and professional,
