Charged $256.00 to snake drain. Took 5 minutes or less. Talking to two other certified plumbers this should have been around $90.00. Other estimates received by this company were 4x more expensive than other plumbers. Do your homework to insure you are not being overcharged by this very expensive company!

The water line beneath the sink began leaking just as businesses were closing, but not these men! They were able to come out the same day and repair the leak. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism, Steve.

We needed a plumber because our gas hot water heater went out. Within twenty minutes Jaime was at our house. He had to leave to purchase a gas water heater. He installed the heater in about two hours. Jaime was wearing a mask, was very prompt and professional and reasonable. If we have any more plumbing problems then we will definitely call Jaime to fix our issues.

I would steer clear of David Lies plumbing. They came to my house to fix my sump pump. It was malfunctioning and raining outside. The plumber that came took the check valve off and then my house flooded. He was informed of the setup with our house and connections to our neighbors house and yet that did not give him pause. As a result, my entire basement flooded. He later lied about the fact that he was informed ahead of time how the system was set up, and lied to his superiors about that as well as lied on the invoice that the check valve was already cracked. It was not. At first they made it sound like they were going to take care of some of the damage but then we were informed we needed to file a claim. We did. We paid our deductible in full, as well as the invoice to them that was more than DOUBLE their original quote. Mr. Lies came out to my house and appeared apologetic and cooperative but in the end did nothing. I was without half of my house for almost a month, and paid over $2,500 for a sump replacement and extensive damage cleanup. Additionally, he said he would provide me with a quote to burry the enormous sump line out to our city drain but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Poor work, no integrity, and poor customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.

Great work at a fair price

Technician Dalton was polite, respectful and most of all, knowledgeable about my ancient system. He was able to identify and promptly repair a problem that had plagued me the last 2 winters. Their overtime-weekend-emergency call-rate didn't give me a heart-attack either.

The gas company punctured my water line and Carr was out immediately to assess the damage. Justin was our tech replacing all of the line and he did a great job! He was very efficient and very friendly. They have my business for furniture issues.
