Honesty, Fair Dealings, Great Service--I had to call a plumber to replace a garbage disposal while my husband was deployed. I called Mr. Rooter based on a recommendation from a friend. The plumber was courteous and professional, and I think did a great job. Later that night when I was able to speak to my husband, he noticed that the bill was higher than he would've expected. We spoke with Emily and she and the owner Scott went way above and beyond to make the bill right and make sure we didn't feel taken advantage of. It was the single best customer service experience I've ever had with a service provider. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!

I would like to brag a little about, American Services…
In November I had a gas line ran to the garage by two excellent experts “Casper – Ben”, running line under a deck and nicely tucked in and around the area getting into the garage for a natural gas heater for the winter. These guys did an excellent job and definitely in a timely manner with happy results!
Unfortunately, later that evening I had a little issue with my old furnace pilot light…. Again, American Services to the rescue and Austin was the individual that took care of this issue.
In short, none of this could not have taken place without the assistance scheduling of Aggie Zimmerman.
