Called to inquire about having our duct work cleaned. The woman who answered my call assured me Eck Services performed this service. When I asked the cost of the service & when was their first available appointment, I was told she would have a technician return my call because she wasn't allowed to schedule the work or price a job. One week later my call hadn't been returned. I called again & inquired when I could expect my call returned. After a delay, she found where I had originally called. She assured me she would message the technician & I would receive a call no later than the next day. I called again after 3 days to report my call hadn't been returned. No explanation or apology. In an annoyed voice, she said she would notify the technician. To date, four weeks later, NO RETURN CALL, not that I would use this company!!! HORRID customer service!

I'm an area maintenance supervisor for Post Road and Colt is an absolute beast. The guy doesn't know the word quit. It's 29° degree outside and this man is out here ankle deep in waste, running this snake bare handed, no coat on, and he's killing it. The world needs more Colts. Reminds me back when men were men, no complaints, only determination to get the job done.

We had a leak in our main water line and Shawn and his wife interrupted their schedule and came out the same day to take care of us. We were expecting out of town guests for the weekend and they really saved us from having a difficult situation. We will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs.

I used Lyday because I was forced to do so through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lyday did not pull a permit to do the work on my house, below slab repair, and then did not have it inspected. The work done was not done to code and a plumber that came to my house later for a different reason was appalled with the work that was done. He asked me if I had done the work myself because it was unsafe and not done to code. He reported the work to the city inspector, at which time he said no work permit was ever paid for, and no attempt for an inspection was ever made. This project was about $1800 through Lyday and I am currently paying $3000 to have it redone by a qualified plumber. Future customers beware. I work hard for my money, and I really feel taken this time around. I will never use Lyday or American Home Shield for anything ever again.

Everyone I’ve worked with here has been awesome! I had to replace the line from the meter to the house and they did a fantastic job. Ben and Trent went above and beyond to get my water working again. When installing the water into the new house, they were off measurements by a foot. This messed up the placement of the walls, and the shower placement. Cannot be fixed because of the concrete floor.
