Tracy came out to fix an outdoor faucet and got it done the same day I called. Definitely recommend!

They were able to get the job done in a timely manner and were all really nice and professional. My only issue is the job was quoted at 1750 and at the end it was $2800. Plumbing is a fickle job so I understand prices can go up but that was a huge jump. Also we have yet to receive a receipt explaining the reasoning behind the prices and were never explained them. Just thrown numbers at us after it was too late to turn back.

We just moved to a house with terrible well water. Browns recommend and installed a fluid dynamic housetron and a water softener. They were speedy, courteous, and very reasonably priced!! I now have the MOST LUXURIOUS water I've ever felt. My skin is better, my laundry is cleaner, and not a single water spot left on my dishes. I highly recommend them!

We hire PD last January for field line repairs for our septic tank. The replacement work was done quickly but the work to make our yard 'normal' has not been. I called them last March inquiring about moving the large dirt pile left in our yard and was told more dirt needed to settle and they would be back in July to remove the dirt pile. In December with the dirt pile still not taken care of and several attempt to call PD I put up a review about their service. They notified my husband and told him once the review was removed the job would be finished. I promptly removed the review but the work was not completed.

I understand weather issues that can delay an outdoor job. I don't understand a customer having to continually call a business to get a paid for job done. Our neighbors were looking to have the same thing done at their home and hired a company using our yard as an example of what they did not want the finished job to look like. It was absolutely horrible to mow my yard all last spring and summer and we will getting the job completed by another company.

I can only wonder with their 4.8 star review how many other negative reviews they asked other dissatisfied customers to remove.

Called JM Plumbing at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon after discovering water leaking from the ceiling in my basement directly below the kitchen. Saul showed up by 4:00 and began diagnosing the issue from top to bottom. The culprit ended up not being the sink or dishwasher, but an elbow joint in the hot water copper line had sprung a leak. After replacing the joint, he was very meticulous in tracing down any last hint of water damage when removing the water soaked ceiling sheetrock and made sure to clean up every last bit of debris! I HIGHLY recommend JM Plumbing LLC (and especially Saul for his wonderful personality) for any plumbing related needs you may have!!

Bob from David Lies was great. He worked quickly and well. When he saw that I was interested in what was wrong and how to fix it, he took the time to show me and to give advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.

The technician installed a new porch light for me and did an excellent job. I appreciated his expertise!
