While we didn’t use their services (replace water heater) they were very helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem via pictures and a phone call. Gave us options and suggestions. They could have had us “fix” the problem and then later on had us fix it again and replace our water heater but they were upfront on the solution. While we haven’t replaced our water heater we definitely will when we can afford it. Thank you for your upfront honesty.

I have old rental properties that are beginning to have pipes rust out. Due to the severity some of them are more than I can handle as far as breaking them loose and/or cutting them out. Called Lyday for assistance on a T between the kitchen and the bath. Appointment was at 9am, they showed on time, gave a very reasonable quote, and performed the work then and there. I am not on site most of the times, and they handled payment remotely for my convenience. They will be receiving my future business based on this interaction.

We were having issues with our main sewer line overflowing. A friend recommended Bowers so we called Jim Bowers and had the best experience! They quickly came over to check out the issue, sent the proposal to us, and fixed our sewer line within a week. They were prompt to answer any questions and on site when they said they would be. They performed a trenchless sewer line replacement and had everything completed quickly and cleaned up afterwards and even moved the washer and dryer back into their spots! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sewer replacement, or anything for that matter! I've already recommended them to a few friends as I know they will have a great experience.

Pipe Medic has responded quickly and effectively to two after hours water heater emergencies; once at a rental property and recently at my parents' house. We would have been in a bad situation without the quick response. High marks for Pipe Medic!

I would highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called the morning my washer drain overfilled and they had someone out to my house within 20 mins. The service guys was friendly and knowledgeable and even had time to give me a quote on fixing my shower faucet in the future. I will be using them again.

After having a terrible experience with a previous contractor, we called JL plumbing to fix and finish the remodel of our bath and shower. Jay was very informative and easy to talk to through the entire process and he did an amazing job on absolutely everything.
