Jason came out and was super professional, helpful, and kind. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and was very clear and honest with our options. We haven’t yet had the work done, but wanted to commend him as he was great and the price was fair as well. I will update this review if/when we have the work done to elaborate more on their actual service of the issue.

Annual tankless water heater service.

[Service, Technician] Kevin did a great job installing my water softener! It's obvious to see he is a professional, and very nice to talk to. He made sure I was satisfied with the job and made sure everything was cleaned up. All around great guy and On Time Plumbing is lucky to have him!

I had a really old water heater that was about to go out and needed someone quick! They came the next day, very friendly, and did a great job. I don’t have a sump pump or a drain in my basement but they were able to drain it and haul it off without raising the price.. I will definitely give them a call for any future needs!

Clint came out the same day to a fix stopped toilet. quickly resolved the issue. fee was less than the competitor who was not available several more days. in the future I'm calling here first.
