I called yesterday and our appointment was scheduled for the next day. Something came up so the office called me right away, but plumber was still able to make it out before the end of the day. He was professional and polite and so quick. Very happy with the service we received.

We have had American Services out for several different projects. The technicians were prompt ( calling to verify their arrival time), professional and courteous. Pat, Tony and Casper all completed the work with a great attitude and competence. They cleaned up the areas they were working in and made sure I was comfortable with their work before they left. I would highly recommend American Services to any one looking for quality professional work.

Kirk went above and beyond he came to fix a leak in our shower and it was fixed fast and wasn’t anywhere near the price we thought we would be spending. We noticed after he left there was a small leak still he came the next day showed us that it isn’t leaking and didn’t charge to give us a piece of mind. That let us know he cares about his work and customers!! Will definitely be using him again in the future.

I've used Wichita Plumbing Company three times now, and I've never had such consistent and excellent service! Before I get into this review, let me just shout out the technician today Justin for his excellent service!

My first experience with them, I had a faucet that just kept leaking in my upstairs shower and, unknown to me, a sink downstairs that wasn't hooked up all the way and was leaking by my furnace, no hot water and a clogged sewage pipe. Lord, when it rains it pours!

They offered to stay and fix everything they found with the faucet issues but I had to get to work, so the repairs were split over two days, getting the drain cleared and after discussing my options and detailing prices with me installing a new water heater. Clearing the drain, installing and disposing of the water heater took under two hours and cost me under $1500 if I'm recalling the bill correctly! Quotes from competitors were 350 to do both drains and 1500+ for a new heater that they'd need to order in before it could be installed. Needless to say, I was thrilled!!

Today's 'repair' was caused by me putting noodles down the garbage disposal and it clogging both drains and my dishwasher, what I thought was a clogged sewage pipe, and a misbehaving faucet.

Justin came out, was 15 minutes or so early - caught me trying to clean house to make it seem like I'm not a semi slob in the process - and had everything diagnosed and in working order before he left at the scheduled start time.

The faucet wasn't getting closed all the way , it's center is slightly left - could fix but it's easier for me to just adjust, the dishwasher clog was remaining because I hadn't cleared the clog from the garbage disposal after running the draino, and while it might be an expensive fix down the line, the standing water is from my AC unit - not a clog.

For helping me with all of these issues, he wasn't going to charge anything because 'he didn't fix anything'. Bro, you fixed my anxiety and gave me the all clear to take more than army showers, so dishes and clean laundry without hauling them to my folks!!

To the owner, you've got great staff and I hope they get the recognition they so very well deserve! I can't thank my future father-in-law for putting me onto using your company, you've got my business for life!

It been raining all night and all morning. My basement is flooded but Lyday Home Plumbing saved the day. My sump pump motor blew out and they came quickly to replace the pump as well as took the time to explain what they were doing and preventative tips to help make sure it doesn't happen again. Brad was amazing!! Awesome customer service and awesome work!! He answered all my crazy questions, between multiple phone calls and was very patient with me. He went above and beyond for us when our hot water heater started leaking. I will definitely be calling Ballard Plumbing for any issues we may have in the future and will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

The work was very good and the technician was here on time. It did take a bit longer than I expected making it a little over budget but I am pleased with the work and would use them again. I do wish it was bid out by job instead of by hour because it’s impossible to know if it is within budget.

Excellent service when we needed them they were there for us and they took care of our problem.

Joshua Maines and his apprentice were both very professional. After inspecting the problem, Josh provided us with direct and clear options & cost. While performing the repair, Josh was very professional and provided clear instruction to his apprentice. We have used a couple of different plumbing companies throughout the years. Bowers Plumbing was recently recommended to us. After today, Bowers Plumbing will be our new go-to plumbing company, & when asked, we will recommend Bowers Plumbing.

Pipe Medic has responded quickly and effectively to two after hours water heater emergencies; once at a rental property and recently at my parents' house. We would have been in a bad situation without the quick response. High marks for Pipe Medic!

Kenneth and Jay did a fantastic job. Sump pump died and they came out immediately and replaced it. We also had a water powered sump pump backup system installed also. Will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
