Louis is a gem - he was prompt efficient and explained the process very thoroughly. We are definitely having him come back and update our bathroom in the basement. Richelle is also amazing at getting the paperwork and billing to us in a convenient manner - LOVE THE PLUMBING HELP TEAM!!

I called yesterday and our appointment was scheduled for the next day. Something came up so the office called me right away, but plumber was still able to make it out before the end of the day. He was professional and polite and so quick. Very happy with the service we received.

I had a great experience with Patrick who helped me troubleshoot our tankless water heater. He was very thorough and diagnosed and explained the problem and its solution in a very comprehensive and understandable way. He answered all of my questions and did an excellent job.
When we elected to install a tank hot water heater, we specifically requested Patrick because we knew that he would do a great job. And indeed he did! He also placed in in-line automatic water shutoff device which gave us a discount on our home insurance. I can recommend Patrick and American Services highly and without any reservations!

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him.

3D came out to give us a second opinion about a leak in our basement from our master shower upstairs. They took the time to discover the problem and fixed it same day. I appreciate their professionalism and service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Just got a new washer/dryer and realized I urgently needed a dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling with Jennifer was easy, from estimate to service. Cody was polite, prompt, and did a thorough job clearing my dryer vent, which was a total mess. Not sure how my house hadn't burned down yet, but grateful that Reddi saved me that insurance claim. If you can't remember the last time you had your vent cleaned, you should really give them a call!
