Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

Nate worked his rear off to get the roots cleared from our sewer line, much appreciated.

They do good work. In and out, prompt, friendly. We always call them for our plumbing work.

I scheduled Lies Plumbing to repair the valves under my kitchen sink and install a hot water heater. They were freindly, punctual, and did quality work.

Colt and Josh took care of me today and a really nasty job to do but took with that pride and care respected my shortcomings as far as my lifting and what I was able to do and not to do they were awesome they stayed until the job was done right! My husband and I have had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the issue when we had a minor leak, only for them to push the issue off on gouting and a cracked tub.. as the issues got worse we decided to try someone else instead of always calling our warranty. my mom suggested Roto rooter and they have done more work and put in more effort to fix the issue than the other two did combined.

I'm greatful for them and their determination to fix the issue enough to stay late. Thank you so much! You guys have saved me from so much stress and headaches, it's great to be able to use our water again!

From now on, Roto rooter is the only plumber we will go to when issues arise.

I've used Wichita Plumbing Company three times now, and I've never had such consistent and excellent service! Before I get into this review, let me just shout out the technician today Justin for his excellent service!

My first experience with them, I had a faucet that just kept leaking in my upstairs shower and, unknown to me, a sink downstairs that wasn't hooked up all the way and was leaking by my furnace, no hot water and a clogged sewage pipe. Lord, when it rains it pours!

They offered to stay and fix everything they found with the faucet issues but I had to get to work, so the repairs were split over two days, getting the drain cleared and after discussing my options and detailing prices with me installing a new water heater. Clearing the drain, installing and disposing of the water heater took under two hours and cost me under $1500 if I'm recalling the bill correctly! Quotes from competitors were 350 to do both drains and 1500+ for a new heater that they'd need to order in before it could be installed. Needless to say, I was thrilled!!

Today's 'repair' was caused by me putting noodles down the garbage disposal and it clogging both drains and my dishwasher, what I thought was a clogged sewage pipe, and a misbehaving faucet.

Justin came out, was 15 minutes or so early - caught me trying to clean house to make it seem like I'm not a semi slob in the process - and had everything diagnosed and in working order before he left at the scheduled start time.

The faucet wasn't getting closed all the way , it's center is slightly left - could fix but it's easier for me to just adjust, the dishwasher clog was remaining because I hadn't cleared the clog from the garbage disposal after running the draino, and while it might be an expensive fix down the line, the standing water is from my AC unit - not a clog.

For helping me with all of these issues, he wasn't going to charge anything because 'he didn't fix anything'. Bro, you fixed my anxiety and gave me the all clear to take more than army showers, so dishes and clean laundry without hauling them to my folks!!

To the owner, you've got great staff and I hope they get the recognition they so very well deserve! I can't thank my future father-in-law for putting me onto using your company, you've got my business for life!

I have used several plumbers and i tell you what simmons is the best i have came across.....i had a major issue and no water for a couple days due to a hiccup and these guys came to the rescue and were at my home within 30 minutes of calling....i felt bad that they were away from their family because i called last minute....didnt once complain about coming or the work....family based and professional....they did quality work at an excellent price!! This place was one of the best places when it comes to working on plumbing and heating/ac deficiencies! Hands down!!
