Brady from Mr. Rooter has been out to our home three times in the past year. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. His scoping and cabling have been effective for us, and we trust his recommendations. Mr. Rooter is expensive, but they provide Cadillac quality service.

Derrick helped me with a complicated type of kitchen strainer gasket install yesterday and had it done in no time. Was super friendly and very professional high quality work that I know will last for years and years to come. Brown's always amazes me at how easily and quickly they can fit me in when I really need something done asap, they can often fit me in the same day I call. They're the best and get my highest recommendation! It's always awesome to see a company that takes pride in what they do with a real commitment to quality.

They came on time, work area was neat and tidy fixed my shower and sink quickly. Friendly and courteous.

Carr ‘s replaced the internal ball float system and cutoff valve and line on one toilet and replaced the cutoff valve on another. The workers were polite and efficient. Removal and installation of parts took 35 minutes. I was told there was a flat fee of $165 when I called to schedule the repair. I thought this fee would be applied to the repair. To my surprise, my bill was $450. The invoice did not break down service and parts. It simply stated service and the amount billed. I had not had any plumbing repairs for a long time so perhaps this is the going rate. I was just surprised by how expensive such minor repairs were. Hopefully these repairs will last a long time.

Absolutely great people. They are the most friendly and down to earth professionals I have come across. They care about their work and the customers. Had a water pipe break and they were here quick to fix it. They also entertained my 5 year old boy by letting him watch and explained everything to him to where he could understand. Both of my toilets stopped up the same morning, so I guessed my sewer was clogged. One of the toilets tended to 'stick' and run water into the sewer, so that was likely adding to the problem. I decided to try a new plumber and checked on the internet for suggestions. That is where I found Bowers and gave them a call. Jim was polite, helpful, and honest, and he sent out a crew that afternoon to clean the sewer and install a new toilet. His staff were prompt, professional and courteous, and everything was fixed and working great by mid afternoon! I will definitely call Bowers next time I need a plumber! I could not be more pleased.

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.

This is the second time I’ve had Benjamin Franklin come out for some sort of service, and both times have been outstanding. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
