Wichita Drain Cleaning are incredible! During the pipe freeze, they found Steve to assist me with my frozen pipe problems. They've been extremely busy, but they've helped me troubleshoot and repair things, and they've even come out between runs. Particularly knowledgeable about homes. Call these individuals; they are quick and willing to assist.

They were able to come to my house a couple hours after I submitted the online request for a quote and were very honest with me that rootering probably wasn’t my best option and recommended alternatives.

I don't know how this place has 5 stars. During the 2 seconds of interaction I had with their technicians they were rude. If they think potential customers are not important (their words) they shouldn't have any.

The Drainworks team was very professional. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. With the inspection camera they showed me where the problem was. I ended up needing my sewer replaced and they handled it and left my yard in good shape. Thanks Guys!

Our water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. Called David Lies Plumbing the following morning. They were able to get out that day and replaced the water heater. Very professional and completed within the estimate given.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
