Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

In the middle of remodeling I discovered I needed new drain and supply lines for my new double sink and vanity. In order to stay on schedule I needed this done within 24 hours. I called Chris Brown and explained my situation. He joggled his schedule and had 2 fellows at my home the next morning. To top it off the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful that I found Browns plumbing, they really did me a solid and did so quickly at good price.

We had a problem with one of our stools flushing. He put in some 'pink stuff'. Said wait 30 minutes and then flush. We have had no problem since. Great job.Very clean. Good job.

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to Frankenstein pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.
