Well when you call twice and leave a message and they don't call you back I'm guessing they don't want the work.

Christian called and showed up within an hour and a half after I called. Very professional and replaced several outlets that were old and not working properly.

They provided quick response to a leaking water heater. Christian swapped out the tank in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.

Furnace went out Sunday night. 10 degrees overnight. Newborn in the house. Not ideal! Just a simple component failure, but too much for my untrained hands. Put in a regular service call at 7:30, they were there by 8:30, & done with everything by 9:15. Friendly & careful throughout. Based on this experience I would be very willing to consider them for more substantial work.

While I was driving to work this morning, van #41 kept swerving into my lane almost causing me to wreck into the sidewalk. I slammed on my brakes and honked my horn. He continued to be reckless until I turned onto the street I needed to.

I got these guys through American Home Shield. While AHS is a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less about anything other than getting the warranty premium, Tony made it happen and got my heater running with the outside temp at -15 and indoor at 38. AHS might have gotten something done a week or two after the pipes burst (which they wouldn't have covered). Because of Tony, I will use them after the home warranty expires and I have a choice.

Josh was punctual, friendly, honest, and hard-working. He did a great job of helping my geriatric parents with their sewer problems.

Sam service today was exceptional. Answered all my questions about current work and gave detailed information on work we are considering having done at a later date. Couldn't be happier with the service we got today and plan on using this company this spring.
