A problem was discovered in a pipe that ran along the foundation of the house. It wasn't fastened or secured in any way. They revisited the site to address that problem as well. They have our business for all future plumbing needs. The work was completed promptly and expertly.

We discovered that our basement floor drain was backing up at about 7:30pm and Mr. Rooter had a plumber out to us by 9:00pm. Jesse worked hard for over two hours, but was unable to clear the blockage. Nevertheless, Mr. Rooter had a crew out in the morning to make a temporary fix so we could use the sewer system again.
While it took five business days to get the crew out to install the cleanouts in the backyard and another 4 business days to get my fence back up, the job was done well and $550 under the initial estimate. It was worth the wait.
Overall, I found the customer service skills of the people with whom I had contact (Jesse, Chris, Scott, and Jeff) to be top notch. I hope I never have to call a plumber again, but if I do, I'll be calling Mr. Rooter.

They were going to charge me $3,500. However, they said the price may go up as work proceeded. I was desperate to have the water repaired. I am old and apparently I look a little senile. However, I didn't fall for it. It was repaired for a little over $500. If you are getting older, please be careful of a handshake and a friendly smile.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
