We had a new HVAC system installed in March. So glad we did it when we did. Ours would not have lasted much longer. We really like our new system. It is so quiet.

Well i cant attest to what kind of work they do, but from the other reviewers id say Damn good work. I have not had any work performed by the company. My experiance with a few workers and the owner or manager obviously upset me enough to want to waste my time writing this review, well here goes.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing when I discovered water running from underneath the sheetrock inside my garage. My fear was that a pipe had burst inside the wall. Garrett Davis, the technician, arrived promptly and quickly found that the problem was a defective water line to my refrigerator. He turned the water off, and since this wasn't a plumbing problem, suggested that I call a water restoration company to remove any water that had accumulated underneath the kitchen floor and inside the sheetrock. Garrett was very timely in arriving, very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to call this company for any future plumbing repairs though this turned out not to be a repair problem per se. Ken Ellis

Justin and Sam are TERRIFIC!! They are very professional and I can tell they take pride in what they do. Justin is very knowledgeable and made sure he was doing the job correctly. They were very careful to be considerate of our property and left things very neat. They carried off their trash and the box. They also took the time to make sure we understood how to operate the new hot water heater. They were kind and treated my husband and I both with respect. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else and I would certainly call on them again if we have any other plumbing issues.
