T-Flow did great work replacing our hot water tank. The install involved retro fitting the near-by boiler to allow the space for the new tank. Matt's team did a superb job on a not-so-straight-forward removal and installation.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Wanted to share an overall positive experience for a recent problem with tub drainage and a chronic blockage. The plumbers that worked in my home were personable, professional and respectful of myself and my house. They took necessary precautions to prepare surrounding areas for cutting out an old clogged pipe and replacing with PVC pipe. Not an easy job! I would definitely hire this team again for any future issues.

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.

Great communication and responsiveness. Got my water boiler back up and running as well as fixing furnace issue. Also got clog out of main drain and updated plumbing to main drain. Highly recommend. Honest and works til the job gets done. Wouldn't go with anyone but Drain Flow.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.
