Our job look like a straight forward electric water heater, but no, there were problems in evacuating old tank. Rich had all the tools to circumvent the issue. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

We met with Tom H from Pan Home Services and we're pleased with the experience. He was able to assess a problem with our ac unit and find a solution. He was professional and helpful. We will definitely use Pan again and hope to work with Tom when we do.

Rich was fantastic and we're thrilled to have found him and his company. We discovered our water heater was broken when giving the baby a night bath and Rich replaced it the next day. Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater!
