During the bitter cold snap over this past weekend, we realized we had no hot water and poor heat. Went down to the basement to find water all over the floor. After spending 2 hours on the phone looking for plumber, T-Flow called me back and came the next day! Henry & Jose came promptly on time & spent 6 hours, replacing the hot water heater & cleaning the furnace & replacing old parts. They were great - professional, courteous & willing to do more after clearing it with their boss, Matt. Matt was great too -- keeping in contact with my landlord to get necessary approvals for repairs. This is the 3rd time I've called TFlow & had a positive experience each time. I highly recommend them.

Then we called Plumr and they showed up right on time, we’re profession, explained the issue and fixed everything. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I had a suspicion it was causing a leak in the condo below mine, but after he inspected and ran thorough tests I can be assured that there is no issue. He even took his service a step further and lent a helping hand in cleaning under my dishwasher (because let's face it, when does anyone ever clean under there except for situations like this?)! They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
