Huge thank you to Tony! The sewer backed up in the toilet and shower. I called Drain Flow and Tony was at my house within an hour. Tony and another plumber quickly got to work, explained and showed me the problem, removed blockage and completely cleaned up. Very nice, professional and reasonably priced. Mike and Zack came by to research two issues for me - one with a patio sump pump, and one with garbage disposal/pump in our kitchen sink. They discovered what was happening with both issues quickly. Neither required any immediate work, and they didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. Both were also very courteous, and my general feeling was the the Winters operation was very professional.
