T-Flow was incredible! After several days of my husband trying to unclog our drain T-Flow came out and unclogged it in record time. We had a family crisis when our water heater stopped producing hot water. I called McMahon Plumbing & Heating that morning and they arranged to come to my home a few hours later. Much to my surprise they were there even sooner, in just two hours. John, McMahon's plumber, diagnosed the problem as a burned out heating coil in my hot water heater. An hour later he had the water heater working like new, saving me the substantial cost of a brand new electric water heater in the process. I was very pleased. We're called on Drain Flow a couple of times to deal with really stubborn blocked drains and they'd be the only place I'd go next time I needed a plumber. They're really easy to wok with and good value.

Both times, it's been a cinch to get hold of them and arrange an appointment and once here, Anthony has been great. He works quickly (and cleanly). Plainly and simply, he gets the job done. It also doesn't hurt that he's really pleasant and helpful, explaining the problem and the solution without patronizing. As a bonus, last time he was here, I also asked Anthony's advice on fixing a broken shower curtain rail. He didn't just give me advice, he spent an extra 10 minutes fixing it - and didn't charge a penny. Thanks!
