Service to get someone was quick. However, the technician Incorrectly diagnose my heater issue and charged a fee to send someone out without informing me beforehand. They recommended I needed to replace my entire motor. My motor worked fine after another HVAC specialist replaced it with a capacitor

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.

James did an incredible job installing my new Lochinvar combi-boiler system over the course of 4 full days of work. It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and his excitement about customer satisfaction and explaining what he is doing is palpable. He was assisted by Alexandria and Chris, who were both fantastic as well. When James first arrived, he was looking to make use of more space in my small utility closet, but I requested that he work within the confines of what was there. He took it as a challenge and managed to find a creative and attractive way to route piping while still giving me the storage room I need. I loved working with James and his apprentices and look forward to working with them in the future!

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!
