Frank and his team were excellent. In short, tried to fix problem myself and caused shower valve to spray water in walls and forced to turn water off. Frank came quickly within an hour and determined was small valve piece that needed to be replaced. He then drove to Watertown and back (Dorchester) to get piece (happened to be a rare unique brand), quickly installed and fixed my mess. Was very good, professional and super reasonable, will def use again! Thank you Frank!

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

I've been using Drain Flow for over 5 years now and they do a fantastic job. They've unclogged main drains, replaced a water heater and done other various jobs for us. Not to mention, they ALWAYS show up. There's no one else we use for a reason. I 100% recommend Drain Flow.

Rich Mathews is really a good HVAC and plumbing expert, very genuine and honest with estimation, work and well organized. We got flooded and the hot water stopped functioning, called so many places, Rich was out on another job, promptly returned my calls, texts and emails. He also has a great relationship with the local town inspectors that is able to coordinate very efficiently on permits and inspection times. He came over on Saturday and got the water heater replaced by Monday, again kept us in the loop with the process. Fixed few things which the builder had forgotten about it during initial construction. He has kept in contact after the job was done to make sure we were runing and if other items related to water damage were getting addressed, highly recommend him, glad that I found my plumber for all future work (Thanks Rich !)

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

This is the second time that I have had a Pann Home Services' technician visit our home to solve a problem for us on our gas fireplace. The Company itself is very professional: always has a human voice when calling, they follow-up with phone calls for the scheduled time/ visit for repair). The technicians are very thoughtful: respect of your home, booties for shoes, and blankets to protect floors. This visit, I had Luis and he followed all that I expected from the company and fixed our problem. Thank you Luis.

Zane was great - did a nice job and explained everything. This is a great company! I got service overnight and everything was professional, including pandemic-related safety. They have been my go-to for many years!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

A simple annual maintenance call on a fully functional system, half of which was installed by them the year before: $172 for parts (includes 60 for refrigerant) plus 2.5 hours (!) at $120/hour for a total of $472. Overpriced?
