All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.

Wayyyyyy overpriced. I had a service call that resulted in replacing a hot water heater. My other contractor onsite said they were in and out in under an hour, which is great, right? I was charged $2065.00. His defense was that he told me the cost before hand. First of all he gave me an estimate. Secondly, I've never had a hot water heater replaced before. It sounded difficult and like it might take all day at that price estimate he gave me. Boy was I a fool. Had I known he was a price gouger I would have negotiated at the start. When I discovered they were taking advantage I fought back. In the end he tossed me $100 off. He continued to defend his pricing saying that the heater cost $1,100 (I called a supplier, that's the retail price, which they get at wholesale so he makes money off of that), and his defense was that he had 2 guys there. Let's do some math. $2065-$1100 = $965. They were there for under an hour. I'll throw in an additional hour for travel time and delivering the heater. That comes to $965 / 2 hours = $482.50/ hour for 2 guys. But you know he's not paying his helper much. $40/hour at most? So the guy just pocketed $442.50/hr. Annualized that comes to a $920,000 salary. I got smoked.

I highly recommend Frank for plumbing problems you may have.. he was professional, friendly and explained things clearly.. he even checked a smoke detector I was having a problem with. I will definitely request his services in the future!

We had a clogged tub in our only bathroom the day before we had house guests coming (father's day weekend), so I called Tony Saturday morning for some help. He was already booked so he said he'd try to fit us in, but communicated often and soon was able to give us a firm commitment. Ralph came by first, and as he ran into some issues (bath, sink, and kitchen were all tied together, with no trap access in bathroom) Tony came as well. They were in and out in less than an hour, and cleaned thoroughly before they left. They were quick, courteous, clean, and communicative! I highly recommend them and will be calling them from now on for all of our plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

From start to finish, my experience with PANN was amazing. My boiler was 30 years old and needed replacing before the winter. PANN installed a high efficiency unit and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire team was amazing, but I want to especially thank Josh for making the process as painless as possible. Not only did he walk me through every step of the plan, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns, he also updated me at the end of each day on how the installation was going. He was professional, communicative, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

A shame this company has employees who don't live up to their promise: Serving the Boston area for over 50 years, we have built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and professional, courteous service. Seriously some of the rudest workers I have had enter my house. Would not use them again when there are so many more competitors on the market. Take your business elsewhere.
