Best Toilets in Boston MA
Great experience with the T-Flow crew yesterday - had a hot water heater replaced and Matt was very helpful by explaining all the options before starting the job. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked throughout the day to get the job done. Beautiful work - these guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend T-Flow!

Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He clearly explained exactly what he was going to do for regular maintenance to my boiler and central A/C so that I could understand. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. Winters installed my heating system, so I continue to use them for maintenance.

My kitchen sink was clogged along with disposal not working. Called Drain Stars. My call was answered after 2 rings. Very impressive. That was a strong indication that this company is reliable and professional. I explained my situation. The gentleman who answered my call took all my information and told me someone will call me back within an hour. 1 hour later I received a call from a man named Andrew. He was extremely polite and professional. I went over the concerns one more time with him. He was at my place within 1 hour. That was also extremely impressive. He was very cautious of the covid 19 situation. He put me at ease right away with his professionalism. He diagnosed my concerns and explained very clearly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair price and 30 minutes later my sink and disposal was up and working. Andrew throughly cleaned up the work area and was on his way. This by far was the best and easiest experience I have ever had with a drain service company. I strongly recommend Drain Stars

Vaughn's plumbing is hands down top notch excellent. No problem is too large or small. I had a drain stoppage from tenants on a holiday 3 day weekend and Vaughn service was able to repair it in a matter of hours after calling. I can't say enough of how good they are.

Wayne was super helpful and super responsive. Had a very odd gas line problem and he stepped right up to the plate. Super nice, great communicator and even refused (repeatedly!) to charge anything for parts or labor until the problem was fully solved. Great service!

Excellent service. The toilet my 93-year-old mother uses became plugged and we needed immediate attention to the problem. Gilbert arrived within the 2-hour time frame we were given when we placed the call, and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately understood the problem and how to fix it. Prior to starting work, he reviewed the costs of the repair, so we know what we were getting into. The costs were high, but the plugged toilet HAD to be fixed so we went ahead with repairs. Gilbert completed the work, cleaned up the area and we will definitely ask for him again if we need any further plumbing work. Gilbert defiantly gets a 5-star rating!!! The ONLY reason this entire review isn't a 5-star rating is due to the high cost of the repair.

Severe cold resulted in a frozen waterline in our home. Called Plumbing Solutions and Matt put us on the work list. Situation went from bad to worse when the pipe burst a couple of hours later but was at least able to turn water off. Called back and Matt immediately responded and said someone would get there as soon as available. Sent Yokav Mint who immediately located the split pipe and quickly made the necessary repairs. Could not have asked for better communications, response and result especially give the problems being experienced by many. This is the best and most reliable plumbing service! Thank you Matt and Yokav. Jim Chaston

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

I used this company several times. For example They came out and serviced my Lynx direct vent sealed combustion gas fired boiler every year for about three years. They basically bled the lines to my heating system and charged me $250. At first I trusted them because even though I though they were pricey I wanted to believe that they were being honest and they showed up on time. Long story short they never serviced the actually boiler and parts for the Lynx were never replaced and now they are rusted out. They are interested in over charging, which is kind of greedy but it gets worse. I wanted them to pull a permit for a sink that was put in by a prior owner. They showed up and charged me $150.00 for the estimate. Brian said would Pull the permit. They never pulled the permit even after I called them a few times. It appears this company is not licensed Pluming/HVAC company because they do not list their license number on their website as required by Mass general Law. Don’t make the same mistake I made. If you are going to get ripped off by a greedy “plumbing” company, at least make sure they are licensed. Do not hire this company.
