Best Toilet Installation in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Matt did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Our water heater broke on Sunday. Drew and Matt was able to reply me right away. Even though we didn’t perform the job on Sunday since it would require two people to do it. They came first thing on Monday morning and they got it replace so fast within half hour. They are very nice and professional and we will use them again for sure! We highly recommend this company.

He looked all four water heaters and discussed the current state of each and spoke with each owner about their individual water heater, as well as the building water heater. Anthony is the best! We had a complex situation involving a clogged pipe. When Anthony arrived he diagnosed the problem and rectified the situation in the least intrusive manner possible. He also replaced our ancient (or as he might call it classic) garbage disposal. Anthony is incredibly responsive and kept us appraised by text as to when he would arrive. He worked neatly, carefully and efficiently and left our home looking as good if not better than when he arrived. We couldn't recommend Anthony more highly.
