Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Boston MA

Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.

it was late on a friday and they drove 90 mins in traffic ....but they came true to their word at almost 5 pm...and worked until the job was done. the guys who came were extremely personable and helpful and worked hard.

Called on Wednesday afternoon and was scheduled for the next day. I was called an hour in advance to confirm arrival time. Guys showed up and quickly replaced a damaged valve.

After numerous phone calls , we hooked up with Steve and his crew. We will be customers forever. They are, without a doubt, the most professional company to work with. We had no heat in various parts of the house for 9 days and they worked diligently to get it back on. They also fixed three broken pipes. Thank you True Blue Don’t take this personally but I hope to never see you again unless it’s to buy you a beer. !!!

Winters did an outstanding and professional job for my wife and me, when our two early 80s-vintage gas furnaces needed replacing. The Winters team helped us to select the best new furnaces, and helped us select a venting system which allowed us to no longer send the exhausts through our chimney, which will help on our chimney sweep bills.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Rich is a lifesaver! I called early on a Sunday morning with a leaking water heater. He came by within an hour to check that we’d contained the leak temporarily, and came back to fully replace the tank early the next day. He performed quality work and was very kind and easygoing. Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
