I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Plumbers did a thorough job and showed me their work after completing each task for my approval. They wore masks at my request and always wear paper booties over their shoes to keep my house clean.

Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

I can't say enough about Richard and his crew at Boston Water Heaters.I was extremely happy with the response when I called them when my old water heater failed and had water all over my basement.Rich and his crew came within an hour of my phone call , installed a new water heater same day at a reasonable cost . My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants.
