Really got to give these guys the 5 STAR shout out. Made a call early this morning, came by within a couple of hours and a short time later they had resolved a backup in the MAIN drain of my home. Sink & toilets were backing up and old garbage disposal was all rusted out. Can't be thankful enough for the prompt and excellent service. Very reasonably priced :)

Will definitely call these guys again for any future drain problems.

Technician John G. who came to fix what i though was my dishwasher not draining did an excellent job. It was not the dish washer but and issue with the garbage disposal. He was professional, friendly and answered any questions I asked. He thoroughly explained why some very old shut off values under the sink for the dishwasher & sink faucet could not be turned off when he needed to temporally shut off the water for replacing a broke pipe to the disposal. After explaining all this he gave a price for a new sink faucet, garbage disposal piping & new shut off values.Cleanup was well done and his customer service was great. Would highly recommend John G. and company for anyone needing plumber services.

As someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing, Drain Stars did a fantastic job explaining to me what was happening with our leak, what our options were, and pricing. Service was quick and efficient. I'd absolutely use them again.

A simple annual maintenance call on a fully functional system, half of which was installed by them the year before: $172 for parts (includes 60 for refrigerant) plus 2.5 hours (!) at $120/hour for a total of $472. Overpriced?
