I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

They were really great. They came out on short notice on the same day and gave us an estimate quickly for what seemed like a difficult job due to the compact water heater room in our building. They offered to come as early as the next day to repair it and was able to fix everything in a couple hours. We really appreciated their expertise and professionalism. They also advised us on other things wrong with our building and helped us out with other things that needed to be completed in our unit.

Responded right away to my call. Inspected the area, ordered the parts and solved the problem without any interruption to tenants. I would highly recommend.

We've had problems with our kitchen drain for years - slow draining, glugging, etc. No one ever really made the problem go away and finally a few evenings ago the entire thing backed up fully - affecting all of the drains in our apartment. I called Drain Flow at 7:15 and Anthony was at our place by noon and had the problem really solved by 1:00PM. He was incredibly pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. A great experience. And although I don't actually ever hope that we need to call him again - I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

On a Saturday my sewer ejector pump failed along with my hot water heater. The perfect storm. Within a couple of hours Andy and his son were on site fixing the problem. The ejector pump was completely full of grease and other unmentionables but they came up with a game plan and got it done. I would call these guys anytime!! Can’t thank you enough!!!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

A simple annual maintenance call on a fully functional system, half of which was installed by them the year before: $172 for parts (includes 60 for refrigerant) plus 2.5 hours (!) at $120/hour for a total of $472. Overpriced?
