Had my rooftop HVAC unit for my condominum blowout in August during the heatwave. McMahon got someone over to check out the place within two days and ordered the replacement part promptly. They installed the replacement the day the part arrived from the distributor. They even helped me chase down the manufacturer's warranty (there was an issue, long story).

I have been calling Anthony and Ralph at Drain Flow for plumbing issues for 4+ years. They are reliable, fast, very responsive, and have always been able to fix my plumbing issues. Today I called with a very stubbornly clogged toilet. They were here within 20 minutes of my call and able to resolve the issue, saving my money on needing to buy a new toilet. Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

Josh and his team arrived on time as schedule. They suppose to remove the cast ion flange and replace with the pvc flange. However, removing the cast ion flange is hard due to the old cast ion pipe. Josh and Nick explained the solution is to put in the insert pvc flange . I am okay with it as long as it works and no leaks. Anyway, Nick is very responsive and the team is professional. I definitely use them again.

Another excellent experience with Pann Home Services. Our furnace was on it’s last legs…still working but inefficient and quite old. Frank and Tim from Pann suggested we replace it now rather than wait for a failure in the middle of winter in Boston. They did a masterful job, coordinated all the work and were a pleasure to deal with. Pann may not be the least expensive but they are top grade and extremely professional!
