Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

READ THIS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - I am not sure where to begin. Let's start with timeliness. We have three kids, and an active household. This Plumbing company will give you an appointment time, and WILL MISS THE APPOINTMENT. When we called to get an update on the time we were told it was lunch now, and the technicians would have to come after they are done eating....HUH?

Next - We needed the Navien water heater serviced, and the techs told us that it was installed incorrectly and they would need to fix the piping. The pipe has three curves in order to circumvent a supporting beam. The told us they could come back in a week and gave us the appointment time.

Today, is that appointment, and we are wondering where they are. We call and Mike (owner?), rudely tells us alot of people are without heat (I'm thinking my phone says it's 65 degrees right now ...not freezing, AND how many people plural could possibly be without heat at 9am, AND we HAVE AN APPOINTMENT....AND and and). My husband states the obvious which is, but you told us you would be here and we rearranged our work day to accommodate. To which Mike responds, if you were one of our regular customers I could help you but I am telling everyone else 2 weeks!

The only thing I can do is help them lighten their business load so that they can better serve their core customers. THAT WAY they won't waste my time nor anyone else's. So, here is my 1 star review.

Hot water heater broke Friday night of a three day weekend. Called Anthony Saturday morning at 7:30. New heater installed by 10:30. Hot shower by 11:00. Fast. Good. Professional. Left the place cleaner than he found it. I asked about expansion tanks and he explained why I didn't need one instead of just installing one and charging for stuff I don't need. At first I was worried moving so fast I didn't have time to price compare. Looked around after the fact and their prices are very competitive with other plumbers who wouldn't even come out until Tuesday. Can't say enough good things. I'll definitely go to Anthony for any plumbing needs. Saw all the good reviews and figured it was all fake profiles someone made to promote the business. After dealing with them i am now 100% sure the reviews are all true. Call Anthony. You won't regret it.

They did everything they said they would in a highly professional manner. I will use them again and refer them to friends.

Vinny was great! Super helpful and professional. Completed installing a new garbage disposal - was quick, friendly (gave some professional advice) and cleaned up everything before he left.Will definitely be using Winters again for future plumbing needs!Jeff was fantastic! I had an issue a water supply valve and a toilet not flushing properly. He was able to quickly identify that the symptoms were being caused by the same root issue. He rebuilt the water supply valve and toilet is like new! He was able to walk me through the whole process and educate me on what to look for and how this may have happened in the first place.Would highly recommend!
