Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

Frank answered our emergency call to have our gas oven hooked up. He came to our home 20 minutes after the call and really helped us when we were in a bind. He was responsive, quick and did a fantastic job. Will use him again in the future.

This was my 4th time using T-Flow over the years for plumbing and heating needs. Hot water heater failed. Contacted T-Flow. They had a crew out within two hours to install a replacement. Excellent work by Henry and his helper. He kept me informed during the whole process. All done within 3 hours. Very happy with it.

He was awesome! Very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what the problem was. The company kept me abreast of when he would arrive because they knew I had to leave for a meeting by 2pm. He also offered to do a feee visual inspection of the plumbing in the house but I couldn’t do it for the sake of time. Great customer service and I would absolutely use them again.

We can't speak highly enough of Rich and the work he did for us. He replaced our old hot water heater with a propane fuelled one. The end result has been excellent. He was also kind enough to replace a couple of faucets as an additional side project while he was here. From the start Rich was a consummate professional: he returned calls quickly, came out immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job in a timely fashion.
