Best Pumps Maintenance in Boston MA

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

Frank was great. Very professional, polite and took his time to explain in detail everything he was gonna do prior to starting. Gave us a great price and warranty to go with it. I would definitely be using frank for any of my plumbing work in my house.

I contacted Nick to complete the plumbing setup before my laundry unit installation. Nick was very responsive and informative. He gave us multiple options on how we could proceed. Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I would recommend using his services to anyone and have many times to family members and friends. He is outstanding and you won't be disappointed.

A shame this company has employees who don't live up to their promise: Serving the Boston area for over 50 years, we have built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and professional, courteous service. Seriously some of the rudest workers I have had enter my house. Would not use them again when there are so many more competitors on the market. Take your business elsewhere.

They charged me $500 for an estimate that was double what it cost for someone else to do the job...stay away from them!
