Best Pump System in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

Very friendly staff, and very pleased with the professionalism as well as the work done. Staff was great about wearing masks/social distancing during the job as well. 100% would use again.

My wife and I called and they were able to get guys to our house in two hours. Thought I had a leaking pipe but the job ended up being much bigger and they were up front about what needed to be done. Totally professional guys who stayed at it until it was done. Will hire again for regular work / improvements and not just emergency stuff. Excellent per hour rate.

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

Great service, great people! On time, on budget. I asked them to do 4 small projects and they showed up on time every time, worked diligently and stayed late to finish a job just to get it 100% right. They go the extra mile! Very nice folks, also. Highly recommend!

781 helped me some time ago with refilling the Freon in my ac unit and recently helped me troubleshoot a power issue with my thermostat over the phone.

Both times I’ve been left with no further issues or questions - will be working with them in the future for sure.

Tony and his team from Drain Flow is fantastic!!! I own a rental unit in Brighton and it's nice to know that someone can take care the plumbing issue for me. White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

Called after hours and Nick told me to schedule an appointment on website which I did for the following week. Justin called ahead to confirm appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed the work that needed to be done. Justin provided me with a quote and work was promptly completed. Perfect.

My heating died last Sunday afternoon, a day after a snowstorm. I called PANN and within 1-1/2 hours, Peter arrived at my door and determined that the furnace motor had burned out. He said he would be back the next day with a replacement, explained the cost, and left me hopeful. He also offered me a space heater to get me through the night. As a brand new PANN customer, I was thrilled with the quick response to my emergency call!! Long story short, within 24 hours of my original call, Peter was back with a new motor and I had heat again. He was efficient, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions about the heating system, and a really nice guy.

So glad I chose PANN for my heating and AC maintenance.
