Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. I have owned my condo for a little over 2 years and both the summers I've spent here, I have had issues with my central AC. I have had 4 or 5 different companies come out to look at the system and my experience has ranged from them telling me I just need to change the filter (which I do on a regular basis) to telling me I have to replace my entire system (involving a crane and closing down my entire street with police detail for a whole day). I finally called Frank at Gomes Plumbing and Heating and we set up an appointment for the very next day to come out and look at the system. He was able to find the issue in very little time and charged me a fraction of what the others had been trying to charge me. I was so pleased with the work he did and the service I got that I've told all of my friends who are home/condo owners in the area to call Frank!

A few months after Frank fixed my AC (which is working wonderfully now!) my garbage disposal broke. Again, Frank was able to come over to fix it the very next day. I would recommend Gomes Plumbing and Heating to absolutely everyone and plan to use Frank for ALL of my plumbing/cooling/heating needs in the future.

I have had several services performed by Drew Donarumo Plumbing and Heating from washers and dryers to kitchen sinks to repiping. Their response is fast, their work is done quick, efficient, and professional! All employees are very knowledgable and extremely professional. Power Plumbing has handled all my plumbing needs over the last 15 years. They are very responsive, fast workers, they know their craft. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Was a repeat customer of McMahon - not anymore. Had a service tech out to the house to evaluate a backup and diagnose. As to the Service tech and his plumbing skills, he was great. Unfortunately, the Service Tech did not have the equipment to complete the job in his truck. He asked if I needed it done today - I did not. They sent me the estimate after the visit - but are charging a Dispatch Fee to come back out and do the work in addition to the dispatch fee they charged today to do the work. Called customer service and got Jennifer who asked What can I do to make you smile today? I asked her about the Dispatch Fee and why they would charge me to come back out when they didn't have the equipment. She didn't care that the tech didn't have the ability to do the work today We always charge a dispatch fee if the work isn't done in the same visit. Would have been nice if they told me that upfront. She also claimed if I had put down a deposit they would have gotten the equipment to me today or waived the fee. Would have been nice if anyone told me that. Since the tech had just left, I told her it would be great if they could get someone out to do the work today so I don't have to pay another dispatch fee. Jennifer refused. Anyway, Jennifer did not make me smile and the nickel and diming practices of this place is why I will no longer be a repeat customer. No issue with their plumbing - but I am not going to pay an extra $150 because the tech didn't have the equipment on his truck. And Jennifer could use some customer service training.

I reached out to Frank after receiving a quote from another plumber. He was so helpful, quick to respond, came to assess, explained his assessment to me and offered a couple of options to repair vs replace, water was running and the other plumber had said it couldn’t be fixed for 3 days, Frank replaced the toilet the next morning and for the price the other plumber was going to repair it for. I really appreciated his helpful communication, transparency and his appreciation of stopping the running of water so I wasn’t wasting water and money for multiple days. Thank you!

our water boiler of 9+ years blew late friday night. Anthony responded immediately to my concern and squeezed us in the next day right away to install a new boiler. work was completed in about an hour. SUCH AN EFFICIENT WORKER and NICEST GUY!

Unfortunately, I've yet to have a positive experience with Pann. I subscribe to their Pann Protection Plan ($20 / month for preferred scheduling, reduced rates, etc.), but it's honestly not worth the money. They are significantly overpriced already. They don't charge by the hour but by the job - what that means is there is little to no transparency in how they price out your job. They quoted me ~$800 for a project that I had done last year by someone else for $300. Moreover, they have poor communication. Rarely answer emails. And in my contract with them, they claimed they would fill out the warranty information and reimburse me for the cost of the parts if they were covered. It's been a month since they did the work and have yet to hear anything about this warranty paperwork or if I'm owed any reimbursement.
